The theme for the 4th International Conference on Geotechnical Engineering and Soil Mechanics (ICGESM 2010) will be New Developments and Lessons Learned in Geotechnical Engineering.
Papers are invited on a broad range of topics relating to applications of current engineering research and technologies in soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering. More than 1200 professionals and experts are expected to attend this conference.
The principal aim of the conference is to provide a forum for exchange of knowledge and experience amongst academicians, researchers, managers, designers, constructors and operators in the field of geotechnical engineering. Emphasis shall be on practical aspects, while scientific issues will complement the concepts of soil behavior and lead to an improvement of the state-of-the-art in geotechnical engineering. |
